Loading ...The annual Downtown Denver Arts Festival is held over Memorial Day weekend every year at the Denver Pavilions and features 130+ Colorado visual artists. Over 150,000 people are expected to attend the 13th annual festival in 2011. In 2010, attendees spent over $500,000 on artwork!
